§265.10 manufacture of ghost gun / unfinished frame / major component: class D felony. §265.10(11) CAD distribution and §265.10(12) CAD possession-with-intent: class A misdemeanor. Convertible-pistol dealer sale: class D felony on/after May 31, 2027 only.
